Responsibilities:
Load, unload and drive company van to/from buildings/docks within the assigned area.
Drive company van to and from Site and Post Office; drop off and pick up mail/tubs
Handle all materials received in the Mail Area [receive, review, receipt, document, process, prepare, identify, separate, deliver, transport, etc.].
Distribute mail and Courier packages to internal Lines of Business/Bank Associates
Make timely collection of outgoing mail (letters, parcels, U.S. Postal, interdepartmental), using company van.
Pickup outbound boxes and packages from internal customer locations.
Ability to sort items into categories according to established methods.
Enter activity data in computer, logs, maintain records.
Other Duties as assigned by Manager or Lead.
