Brandon M. Scott, Local Realtor®, is seeking a confident, consistent, and results-oriented Part-Time Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Appointment Setter to support a growing real estate business serving buyers, sellers, homeowners, and prospective clients throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan region.

This is not a general virtual assistant or administrative position .

The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls, have meaningful conversations with prospective clients, identify real estate needs and motivation, conduct consistent follow-up, and schedule qualified appointments for Brandon M. Scott.

The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, understands how to handle objections without being overly aggressive, and is motivated by measurable sales results.

Previous experience in real estate is helpful but not required. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, call centers, mortgage lending, real estate, insurance, home services, telecommunications, or other phone-based sales environments.

The goal of this position is simple:

Turn existing leads and prospecting opportunities into qualified buyer and seller appointments.

The ISA will be responsible for working leads from multiple sources, including:

• Existing contacts and leads within the business CRM
• Past clients and sphere-of-influence contacts
• Older or inactive leads requiring re-engagement
• Expired real estate listings
• Canceled and withdrawn listings
• For Sale By Owner opportunities
• Geographic prospecting lists
• Other homeowner and buyer lead sources provided by the business
  

The Inside Sales Agent will:

• Make consistent outbound calls during designated prospecting periods.
• Engage homeowners, prospective sellers, prospective buyers, past clients, and existing leads in professional conversations.
• Determine the prospect's real estate needs, motivation, timing, and readiness.
• Identify prospective sellers who are considering selling now or in the future.
• Identify prospective buyers who are considering purchasing a home.
• Re-engage older leads already contained within the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who are not yet ready for an appointment.
• Schedule qualified buyer and seller consultations directly onto Brandon's calendar.
• Confirm appointments and help reduce appointment cancellations and no-shows.
• Accurately document every meaningful conversation and disposition within the CRM.
• Create appropriate follow-up tasks for future contact.
• Maintain clean, accurate prospect records.
• Immediately honor and properly document all Do Not Call or opt-out requests.
• Participate in periodic coaching, script practice, call review, and performance meetings.
• Provide a concise end-of-day or end-of-shift activity report.

• General research
• Email management

The primary responsibility is prospecting, conversations, follow-up, qualification, and appointment setting.

Experience with the following is helpful, although training can be provided:

• Keller Williams Command or another real estate CRM
• Landvoice
• Real estate lead-management systems
• Dialing or phone-based prospecting systems
• Google Calendar
• Google Workspace
• Basic spreadsheet reporting

Candidates must be comfortable learning new technology and documenting their work consistently.

The strongest candidate will:

• Have previous outbound calling, inside sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, call-center, mortgage, insurance, or real estate experience.
• Be comfortable initiating conversations with people who are not expecting the call.
• Have an engaging and professional speaking voice.
• Communicate clearly and naturally in English.
• Know how to ask questions and listen rather than simply reading a script.
• Be comfortable handling rejection and objections.
• Demonstrate persistence without becoming aggressive.
• Be highly organized with follow-up.
• Be dependable and consistently available during scheduled working hours.
• Be comfortable being measured by activity and results.
• Take coaching well.
• Have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet professional calling environment.

Approximately 20 hours per week .

The anticipated schedule will generally be Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of optional weekend prospecting.

Specific calling blocks may include late morning and late-afternoon/early-evening Eastern Time periods when prospective clients are more likely to be available.

Candidates must be available to work consistently within agreed-upon Eastern Time calling windows .

This is a remote position.

U.S.-based candidates are strongly preferred.

Compensation will be based on experience, employment structure, location, and applicable wage requirements.

The compensation structure may include:

• Hourly base compensation
• Performance incentives tied to qualified appointments and/or held appointments

The final compensation arrangement will be discussed with selected candidates.

Success is not measured simply by the number of calls made.

The successful ISA will consistently move prospects through the following process:

Calls → Contacts → Conversations → Qualified Opportunities → Appointments → Held Appointments

The quality of the appointment is as important as the number of appointments scheduled.

A qualified appointment should involve a prospective client who:

• Has a legitimate real estate need or opportunity;
• Has expressed interest in buying, selling, or discussing their real estate options;
• Has provided enough information to understand their general motivation and timeline; and
• Has agreed to speak directly with Brandon M. Scott regarding next steps.

Appointments should not be scheduled simply to meet a quota.

Candidates selected for the next stage will participate in a short role-play exercise involving a prospective homeowner.
