What You’ll Do: Reads and follows assembly prints, schematics, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications. Performs set‑up and programming of automated SMT pick and place machines to manufacture PC Boards to meet production and performance standards. Operates reflow oven, screen printer, and stencil cleaner Performs touch‑up soldering as needed. Keeps accurate and up‑to‑date records. Participates in troubleshooting and problem solving. Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies supervisor, and/or troubleshoots errors in order to achieve optimum production levels. Interfaces with others to communicate issues, troubleshoot failures, and maintain a high standard of quality and repeatability in processes, products, and machinery Other duties as assigned Job Requirements What You’ll Bring: 1+ year experience programming and operating SMT automated pick and place equipment.
