Stockroom Associate

Priority Personnel is hiring a 2nd shift Stockroom Associate for CFAN, a manufacturing company located in San Marcos, TX.

Pay rate: $21.00/hour plus a $3/hour shift differential

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday/3:30pm-11:45pm with potential weekend/Sunday work

Job Duties:

• Issue material to and from manufacturing.
• Maintain and monitor inventory in the stockroom and freezer.
• Prepare products to ship.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Perform material issue and receipt transactions in Syteline.
• Load and unload product off trucks and shelves and other duties as assigned.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and cranes, File paperwork and participate in HPWT.
• Perform shipping, receiving activities and system transactions.
• Load, unload and store product.
• Control shipping and receiving dock activities, material and storage usage.
• Coordinate dock usage with other departments to best utilize dock space and respect designated area.
• Schedule and coordinate Carrier deliveries and pickup's.
• Coordinate trash and recycling pickup activities.
• Support other stockroom functions and other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualified applicants must have:

• HS Diploma or GED to be considered
• Experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse or forklift operator
• Computer skills (mainframe inventory systems)
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Internal customer service skills and team work a MUST, able to work in temperatures below 0 degree F. Above average metrics (>3 for 12 months).
• Self-motivated, ability to problem solve and follow all safety requirements.
• Background check, physical and drug screen required
• Able to work in a team environment
• Steel toed shoes (ASTMF2413)
