As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing press, laser, shot, and weld assembly operations to meet production targets efficiently and safely. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Entry-level, no prior experience required

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and stand, walk, or use your hands throughout the shift

• Flexibility to cross-train and work in different areas within the production process
